Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-3-7-113","heading":"Spring Creek Watershed Study Cash Fund Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Conservation Commission to be designated the\n\n“Spring Creek Watershed Study Cash Fund Revolving Fund”. The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies received by the Commission from\n\nappropriations by the Legislature to the fund, and any money\n\nreceived as gifts, grants, or other contributions from public or\n\nprivate sources provided for the purpose of implementing the Spring\n\nCreek Watershed Study Act. All monies accruing to the credit of the\n\nfund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nCommission for the purpose provided for in this act.
