Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-3-8-103","heading":"North Canadian Watershed Restoration Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Conservation Commission to be designated the \"North\n\nCanadian Watershed Restoration Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Conservation Commission from\n\nappropriations, federal grants or funds, municipal contributions,\n\nprivate contributions, and any other sources, including interest\n\nearned from the income in the fund, that are designated for deposit\n\nto such fund or designated for duties associated with harmful woody\n\nspecies removal from the North Canadian Watershed. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Conservation Commission to perform\n\nthe duties imposed on the Commission by law.
