In civil cases, the court clerk shall collect and deposit in\n\nthe court fund the following charges in addition to the flat fee:\n\n1. For posting notices and filing\n\n2. For the filing of any counterclaim or\n\nsetoff pursuant to Section 1758 of\n\n3. For mailing by any type of mail writs,\n\nwarrants, orders, process, command, or\n\n4. For the actual cost of all postage in\n\n5. For serving or endeavoring to serve each\n\nwrit, warrant, order, process,\n\ncommand, or notice for each person in\n\nprovided that if more than one person is\n\nserved at the same address, one flat fee\n\nof Fifty Dollars ($50.00) may be charged\n\n6. For sheriff's fees on court-ordered\n\n9. For services of a court reporter at each\n\n10. For filing a motion for summary\n\njudgment or summary disposition of\n\nThe fees prescribed in paragraphs 5 and 6 of this subsection\n\nshall be paid by the court clerk into the Sheriff's Service Fee\n\nAccount, created pursuant to the provisions of Section 514.1 of\n\nTitle 19 of the Oklahoma Statutes, of the sheriff in the county\n\nwhere service is made or attempted or where the sheriff's sale\n\noccurs. All other fees shall be deposited into the local court fund\n\nin the county where collected.\n\nB.
