Stat. tit. 28, § 28-152.3","heading":"Poundage fee and court costs in condemnation","body":"proceedings.\n\nEvery condemnor, be it the state, a political subdivision\n\nthereof, or a private entity, shall be liable for poundage fee and\n\ncourt costs in a condemnation proceeding; provided, however, that in\n\nan inverse condemnation proceeding the condemnor shall not be liable\n\nfor the poundage fee and court costs incurred by the condemnee if\n\nthe court or a jury finds there has been no taking or damage of the\n\ncondemnee's property, or any interest therein, by the condemnor.\n\nThose public entities which are restricted by law from advancing\n\ncosts shall be allowed to file the condemnation proceeding without\n\ncosts prepayment, but at the termination of each such case, the\n\ncourt clerk will render to the condemnor an itemized bill for costs\n\nand shall claim payment of all costs due in the case.","path":["OK Code","Title 28"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os28.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7de3a711ba948777b5f5c9d960ebc6ee5a0ba2aa6f2488affe220b0c15bebd0d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-28-28-152.2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-28-28-152.4"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
