Stat. tit. 28, § 28-153.2","heading":"Sheriff's Service Fee","body":"In any criminal case in which a defendant is arrested for a\n\nviolation of state law, Five Dollars ($5.00) of the costs charged in\n\nsaid case as provided for in Section 153 of Title 28 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes shall be paid to the Sheriff's Service Fee Account of the\n\nsheriff of the county in which the arrest was made.
