In nonjury trials, the clerk of the district court shall\n\ncharge the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for preparing,\n\nassembling, indexing, and transmitting the record for appellate\n\nreview. This fee shall be paid by the party taking the appeal and\n\nshall be entered as costs in the action. If more than one party to\n\nthe action shall prosecute an appeal from the same judgment or\n\norder, the fee shall be paid by the party whose petition in error is\n\ndetermined by the district court or by the appellate court to\n\ncommence the principal appeal. The fees collected hereunder shall\n\nbe paid into the court fund.\n\nB. In jury trials, the clerk of the district court shall charge\n\nthe sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) for preparing,\n\nassembling, indexing, and transmitting the record for appellate\n\nreview. This fee shall be paid by the party taking the appeal and\n\nshall be entered as costs in the action.
