Stat. tit. 28, § 28-31","heading":"Fees of court clerks","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the clerk of the\n\ndistrict court, or the clerk of any other court of record, shall\n\ncharge and collect the following fees for services by them\n\nrespectively rendered and none others, except as otherwise provided\n\nby law:\n\nApproving bond or undertaking, including\n\nMaking copy of an instrument of record or\n\nReceiving and paying out money in\n\nprovided, however, that such charge\n\nshall not exceed $300.00.\n\nApplication, issuing, entering return and\n\nrecording marriage license if the\n\napplicants submit a certificate that\n\nstates the applicants have completed the\n\npremarital counseling program pursuant\n\nto Section 5.1 of Title 43 of the\n\nApplication, issuing, entering return and\n\nrecording marriage license if the\n\napplicants do not submit a certificate\n\nthat states the applicants have\n\ncompleted the premarital counseling\n\nprogram pursuant to Section 5.1 of Title\n\nConveyance of full-blood Indian heirs to\n\ninterest in inherited lands, same to be\n\nMailing, by any type of mail, writs,\n\nwarrants, orders, process, command or\n\nactual expense, whichever is greater,\n\nexcept ordinary mailing of first-class\n\nactual expense, whichever is greater.\n\nFor the actual cost of all postage in each\n\nactual expense, whichever is greater.\n\nFor filing and indexing of disclaimers\n\nother than in pending probate or civil\n\ncases pursuant to the provisions of\n\nSection 751 et seq. of Title 60 of the","path":["OK Code","Title 28"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os28.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"801579f2dbf7a6384274f5894c1e728a775df258a668b8a1dec1a423c2a1e798","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-28-28-3","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-28-28-31.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
