For the purpose of preserving, maintaining, archiving and\n\nprotecting recorded instruments within the office of the clerk of\n\nthe district court, including, but not limited to, records\n\nmanagement, preservation, automation and modernization and related\n\nlawful expenditures, in addition to all other fees required by law,\n\nthe clerk of the district court in each county shall collect the\n\nfees prescribed in subsection G of Section 152 of Title 28 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. There is hereby created a fund in each county to be known as\n\nthe \"Court Clerk's Records Management and Preservation Fund\". Each\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of revenues from the fees prescribed\n\nin subsection G of Section 152 of Title 28 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nAll monies accruing to each fund shall be expended by the clerk of\n\nthe district court and shall not be transferred to any other fund.\n\nEach fund shall be retained and used for the preservation of court\n\nrecords maintained within the county in which such fees are\n\ncollected.\n\nC. Each clerk of the district court shall compile a report to\n\nthe board of county commissioners within each county on a monthly\n\nbasis detailing the funds collected, funds expended and the nature\n\nof each expenditure. The report shall constitute a full accounting\n\nrecord of these transactions.
