Notwithstanding any other provision of law county clerks\n\nshall charge and collect the following flat fees to be uniform\n\nthroughout the state regardless of the recording method used, and\n\nthe county clerks shall not be required to itemize or charge these\n\nfees pursuant to any other schedule, except as specifically provided\n\nby law:\n\n1. For recording the first page of deeds,\n\nmortgages and any other instruments not\n\nsubject to the fee imposed by Section 1-9-525\n\n2. For recording each additional page of same\n\n3. For furnishing hard copies of microfilmed\n\n4. For furnishing photographic copies of\n\nphotographic records, or of typewritten script\n\n8. For recording an assignment of Tax Sale\n\n9. For recording of any mark or brand and giving\n\n10. For recording each certificate for estrays\n\nand forwarding description of same, as\n\n11. a. For recording and filing of mechanics'\n\nor materialmen's liens which includes\n\nb. For preparing and mailing notice of\n\nplus the actual cost of postage\n\n12. For recording and filing of fictitious name\n\nTo this fee shall be added the fees required\n\nby Sections 81 through 84.1 of Title 54 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes.\n\n13. For recording the first page of deeds,\n\nmortgages, and any other instruments which\n\nare nonconforming pursuant to subsection C of\n\nSection 298 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma\n\n14. For recording each additional page of an\n\ninstrument which is nonconforming pursuant to\n\nsubsection C of Section 298 of Title 19 of\n\nB. The fees prescribed in paragraph 4 of subsection A of this\n\nsection shall be deposited into the County Clerk's Lien Fee Account,\n\ncreated pursuant to Section 265 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.\n\nC. For the purpose of preserving, maintaining, and archiving\n\nrecorded instruments including, but not limited to, records\n\nmanagement, records preservation, automation, modernization, and\n\nrelated lawful expenditures, in addition to all other fees required\n\nby law, the county clerk shall collect Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each\n\ninstrument recorded with the Registrar of Deeds.\n\nD. There is hereby created a fund to be known as the \"County\n\nClerk's Records Management and Preservation Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of the fees and monies accruing to the fund, as\n\nprescribed in subsection C of this section with all monies accruing\n\nto the fund to be expended by the clerk and not transferred to any\n\nother fund. The intent of this section is to increase the net\n\nfunding level available to the county clerk to maintain and preserve\n\npublic records.\n\nE. The fees and costs prescribed in this section shall not\n\napply to child support enforcement offices operated by or on behalf\n\nof the Department of Human Services' Child Support Enforcement\n\nDivision. County clerks shall not charge any fees or costs to such\n\noffices, the Division, or the Department.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 3204.
