Stat. tit. 28, § 28-56","heading":"Marriage ceremony fees","body":"When a marriage is to be performed by any judge, the court clerk\n\nof the county where the marriage is performed shall collect a fee of\n\nTen Dollars ($10.00), in addition to the fee provided for in Section\n\n31 of this title for every marriage ceremony so performed, which fee\n\nshall be deposited in the court fund.
