Stat. tit. 28, § 28-85","heading":"Warrants for fees of jurors and witnesses for which county","body":"liable.\n\nThe county clerk of each county of this state, on demand, shall\n\nissue warrants to jurors and witnesses in payment for jury and\n\nwitness fees, in all criminal cases in which the county is liable,\n\non presentation of a certificate of attendance, issued by the clerk\n\nof the district court, or the clerk of the county court, showing the\n\nname of the witness or juror, the number of days in attendance, the\n\ndistance traveled and the amount of such fees and mileage.
