Stat. tit. 28, § 28-86.1","heading":"Jurors' and witnesses' fees - Donation to agencies for","body":"the prevention of child abuse.\n\nThe clerk of the district court of each county of this state may\n\nprovide forms for jurors and witnesses individually to voluntarily\n\ndesignate any fees due to them to be donated to an agency or\n\nagencies established for the prevention of child abuse. All\n\ndesignated fees shall be placed by the district court clerk into a\n\nspecial account within the county treasury. The board of county\n\ncommissioners shall make disbursement from the account as\n\nrecommended by a committee which shall consist of five (5) members\n\nas follows:\n\n1. One member shall be the district court clerk or a designee;\n\n2. One member shall be the Presiding Judge of the Juvenile\n\nBureau or the judge of the district court who has juvenile docket\n\nresponsibility or a designee;\n\n3. One member shall be a community volunteer with expertise in\n\nchild abuse appointed by the board of county commissioners;\n\n4. One member shall be the district attorney or a designee; and\n\n5.
