The Department of Wildlife Conservation shall enforce the\n\nInterstate Wildlife Violator Compact as set forth in Section 1 of\n\nthis act and shall do all things within the jurisdiction of the\n\nDepartment that are appropriate in order to effectuate the purposes\n\nand the intent of the compact.\n\nB. The Director of the Department of Wildlife Conservation is\n\nauthorized on behalf of the state to enter or withdraw from the\n\nInterstate Wildlife Violator Compact pursuant to the terms of\n\nArticle 8 of the compact.\n\nC.
