The Department of Wildlife Conservation may suspend the\n\nhunting, trapping, or fishing privileges of any resident of this\n\nstate upon notification from the licensing authority of a\n\nparticipating state as set forth in the Interstate Wildlife Violator\n\nCompact, that the resident has failed to comply with the terms of a\n\ncitation issued for a wildlife violation. The suspension remains in\n\neffect until the Department receives satisfactory evidence of\n\ncompliance from the issuing state.\n\nB. Notice of the suspension must be sent to the resident, who\n\nshall surrender all current Oklahoma hunting, trapping, or fishing\n\nlicenses to the Department within ten (10) days.\n\nC. A person who hunts, traps, or fishes, who applies for or\n\npurchases licenses or permits, or who refuses to surrender any\n\ncurrent hunting, trapping, or fishing licenses in violation of this\n\nsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a\n\nfine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or more than\n\nFive Hundred Dollars ($500.00).","path":["OK Code","Title 29"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os29.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"479ced17a79423b89a71edfc10f3cdcd27439b5aff77c5855f7f62f1b51fda78","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-29-29-10-103","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-29-29-10-105"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
