Upon suspending the hunting, trapping, or fishing privileges\n\nof any person under Section 3 or Section 4 of this act, the\n\nDepartment of Wildlife Conservation shall immediately notify the\n\nperson in writing. The person may, within twenty (20) days of the\n\nnotice, request a hearing before the Department on whether the\n\nrequirements for suspension have been met.\n\nB. Upon request, the Department shall set a hearing as early as\n\npracticable. The requesting person may present evidence and\n\narguments at the hearing contesting the suspension.\n\nC.
