There is hereby created a Department of Wildlife\n\nConservation and a Wildlife Conservation Commission in and for the\n\nState of Oklahoma, under Section 1, Article XXVI, of the\n\nConstitution of the State of Oklahoma, and such Department shall be\n\ngoverned by the State Wildlife Conservation Director, which position\n\nis created in Section 3-104 of this Code, under such rules,\n\nregulations and policies as may be prescribed by the Commission.\n\nSuch rules and regulations and amendments thereto, as adopted by the\n\nCommission, shall be filed and recorded in the office of the\n\nSecretary of State.\n\nB. The Department, Commission and the officers thereof, as\n\nherein set forth, are hereby made the legal successors of the\n\nWildlife Conservation Department and Commission created by Section\n\n1, Article XXVI of the Oklahoma Constitution and enacted by Section\n\n122, Title 29, Oklahoma Statutes 1957.
