The Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission and the\n\nDepartment of Wildlife Conservation shall not enter into or approve\n\na setback or conservation easement that includes a setback related\n\nto energy or agricultural structures and regarding a threatened,\n\nendangered or candidate species that is more restrictive than those\n\ncreated pursuant to federal law, rules or guidelines.\n\nB.
