No person shall represent himself to be an authorized agent\n\nof the Commission, the Department or the Director unless such person\n\nhas been so appointed by written order of the Director or the\n\nCommission, which order shall specifically state the purpose and\n\nlimits of authority to be exercised by such agent.\n\nB.
