Stat. tit. 29, § 29-3-205.2","heading":"Jurisdiction for commission of offense","body":"The jurisdiction for the commission of an offense of the\n\nOklahoma Wildlife Conservation Code shall be in the county in which\n\nsuch offense occurred unless the wildlife offense is committed on\n\nthe boundary of two or more counties, then the jurisdiction for the\n\ncommission of an offense pursuant to the Oklahoma Wildlife\n\nConservation Code shall be in either county.
