Stat. tit. 29, § 29-3-301","heading":"Dispositions of monies from fines and forfeitures -","body":"Reports and transmittals.\n\nA. All monies received from fines and forfeitures for violation\n\nof the Wildlife Conservation laws shall, when collected by the court\n\nclerk, be deposited by such clerk as follows:\n\n1. Fifty percent (50%) thereof with the county treasurer to be\n\ncredited to the general fund of the county and so reported;\n\n2. Fifty percent (50%) shall be transmitted to the State\n\nWildlife Conservation Fund by cash voucher and so reported.\n\nB.
