Stat. tit. 29, § 29-3-305","heading":"Investment of fees","body":"In order to equalize the expenditure of fees derived from the\n\nsale of lifetime licenses, the Department may invest such fees in\n\nany investment permitted by a written investment policy adopted by\n\nthe Wildlife Conservation Commission; provided, all investments\n\nshall be made in accordance with the Oklahoma Uniform Prudent\n\nInvestor Act.
