Stat. tit. 29, § 29-3-313","heading":"Law Enforcement Officer Training Account","body":"There is hereby created within the Wildlife Conservation Fund an\n\naccount designated as the \"Law Enforcement Officer Training\n\nAccount\". The account shall consist of monies designated for\n\ndeposit to the account by law. All monies accruing to the credit of\n\nsaid account shall be budgeted and expended by the Department of\n\nWildlife Conservation for the training of law enforcement officers\n\nemployed by the Department.
