The Department of Wildlife Conservation may administer,\n\neither directly or through contract with nonprofit or charitable\n\norganizations, a program or programs for the distribution of\n\nlawfully harvested fish or game animals, or the meat from such fish\n\nor game animals, to charitable organizations or nonprofit\n\ncorporations to be used as food for human consumption. This section\n\nshall not prohibit individual transfer, donation or distribution of\n\nlawfully harvested fish or game animals which is otherwise\n\nauthorized by law.\n\nB.
