No person may assist in any commercial turtle harvesting\n\noperation without having first procured from the Director a license\n\nfor each such person.\n\nB. Such license shall be in the form of a John Doe license and\n\nwill be valid for the helper or assistant only so long as the helper\n\nor assistant works under the supervision of a commercial turtle\n\nharvester who shall be legally responsible for the actions of such\n\nhelper or assistant.\n\nC. The fee for a license under this section shall be Forty\n\nDollars ($40.00).\n\nD.
