No person may use hawks, falcons, owls, eagles or any other\n\nraptor to hunt, chase or take game without having first procured a\n\nfalconer’s license.\n\nB. All falconers shall have an Oklahoma falconer's license or\n\nequivalent license from another state and an Oklahoma hunting\n\nlicense unless legally exempt.\n\nC. The fee for a falconer's license issued by the Director of\n\nWildlife Conservation pursuant to this section shall be Forty-five\n\nDollars ($45.00) for a resident and One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)\n\nfor a nonresident. A falconer’s license shall be valid for a period\n\nof three (3) years from date of issuance.\n\nD. In lieu of the provisions of subsection C of this section,\n\nthe Department is authorized to issue a temporary falconer's license\n\nfor nonresidents not to exceed ten (10) days. The fee for a\n\ntemporary license shall be Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00).\n\nE. Any person with a falconer's license whose hunting raptor\n\naccidentally kills a wildlife that is out of season or of the wrong\n\nspecies or sex shall leave the dead wildlife where it lies, except\n\nthat the raptor may feed upon the wildlife prior to leaving the site\n\nof the kill.\n\nF.
