No person may take, nor may any organization permit to be\n\ntaken, during any field trial, any legally acquired domestically\n\nreared pheasant, coturnix quail, bobwhite quail, Indian chukars or\n\nother similar suitable birds, without that person having first\n\nprocured a hunting license and without that person or organization\n\nhaving procured an annual license for a field trial from the\n\nDirector.\n\nB. Permits issued under this section shall be restricted to dog\n\nowners, trainers and bona fide dog clubs.\n\nC. The fees for a license for any organization under this\n\nsection shall be set by the Department in an amount of Five Dollars\n\n($5.00).\n\nD.
