No person may buy, barter or deal in any fur or pelt of\n\nfurbearers in this state without having first procured a license for\n\nsuch from the Director.\n\nB. A nonresident fur dealer shall provide advance notice of\n\neach and every place where business is transacted. Notice shall be\n\nto the Director in the manner prescribed by the Commission.\n\nIt shall be illegal and punishable under the provisions of this\n\nsection, for anyone not having a current fur dealer's license to\n\nsell, barter or deal in any fur or pelt of furbearers in this state\n\nfor shipment of the fur or pelt out of state without having obtained\n\na current license and without reporting said sale to the Director.\n\nC. The fee for a license under this section shall be One\n\nHundred Dollars ($100.00) for residents. The fee for a license\n\nunder this section for nonresidents who reside in a state which\n\ncharges a fee for a fur dealer's license shall be equivalent to that\n\nstate's nonresident fee. If no equivalent fee exists in a state\n\nwhere a nonresident resides, the fee for an Oklahoma nonresident fur\n\ndealer's license shall be Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00).\n\nD. All licenses issued pursuant to this section shall expire on\n\nJune 30 of each year.\n\nE.
