All legal residents who have resided in the state for at\n\nleast six (6) months may purchase a three (3) year combination\n\nhunting/fishing license from the State Wildlife Conservation\n\nDirector.\n\nB. The fee for the three (3) year combination hunting/fishing\n\nlicense shall be One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00).\n\nC. The use of the license provided in this section is subject\n\nto those restrictions provided by statute and the regulations of the\n\nOklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission.\n\nD. Should any lifetime license be lost or destroyed, a\n\nduplicate will be issued by the Department of Wildlife Conservation\n\nfor a fee not more than Ten Dollars ($10.00).\n\nE.
