Stat. tit. 29, § 29-4-113.2","heading":"Three-day special use permit – Veterans, nonprofit or","body":"charitable organizations.\n\nA. The Wildlife Conservation Commission shall establish a\n\nthree-day special use permit to be purchased by a landowner for a\n\ntract of land that is two hundred (200) acres or more.\n\nB. The special use permit shall allow any veterans and\n\nnonprofit or charitable organizations, with the permission of the\n\nlandowner, to hunt and fish on the tract of land. Those veterans\n\nand organizations permitted to hunt and fish on the tract of land\n\nshall be exempt from hunting and fishing license requirements for\n\nthe term that the special use permit is issued.\n\nC. The term for the special use permit shall only be for\n\nconsecutive days.\n\nD. The price of the special use permit shall not exceed Five\n\nHundred Dollars ($500.00).\n\nE.
