All legal residents who have resided in the state for at\n\nleast six (6) months and intend to remain residents may purchase\n\nlifetime fishing licenses or lifetime combination hunting and\n\nfishing licenses from the State Wildlife Conservation Director.\n\nB. The fee for these licenses shall be:\n\n1. Lifetime fishing license, Three Hundred Seventy-five Dollars\n\n($375.00);\n\n2. Lifetime combination hunting and fishing license, One\n\nThousand Twenty-four Dollars ($1,024.00);\n\n3. Senior citizen lifetime fishing license for persons sixty-\n\nfive (65) years of age or older, Thirty Dollars ($30.00); and\n\n4. Senior citizen lifetime combination hunting and fishing\n\nlicense for persons sixty-five (65) years of age or older, Sixty\n\nDollars ($60.00).\n\nC. Legal resident having proper certification from the United\n\nStates Department of Veterans Affairs or its successor certifying\n\nthat the person is a disabled veteran and registered with the\n\nveterans registry created by the Oklahoma Department of Veterans\n\nAffairs may purchase a disability lifetime combination hunting and\n\nfishing license from the State Wildlife Conservation Director. The\n\nfees for the license shall be as follows:\n\n1. Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for veterans having a\n\ndisability of less than sixty percent (60%); and\n\n2. Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for veterans having a\n\ndisability of sixty percent (60%) or more.\n\nD. The use of the licenses provided in this section are subject\n\nto those restrictions provided by statute and the regulations of the\n\nWildlife Conservation Commission. Except as otherwise provided for\n\nin this section, each lifetime hunting license issued pursuant to\n\nsubsections B and C of this section shall be in lieu of all annual\n\nhunting licenses and all special season permits.\n\nE. Should any lifetime license be lost or destroyed, a\n\nduplicate will be issued by the Department of Wildlife Conservation\n\nfor a fee not more than Ten Dollars ($10.00).\n\nF. A lifetime licensee shall not lose the privileges of such\n\nlicense by a subsequent transfer of residency.\n\nG. A person who is sixty-four (64) years of age shall be\n\neligible to purchase a senior citizen lifetime license issued\n\npursuant to paragraphs 4 through 6 of subsection B of this section\n\nduring the calendar year in which the person turns sixty-five (65)\n\nyears of age.\n\nH.
