No person may kill or capture wildlife or take their nests\n\nor eggs for scientific purposes without having first procured a\n\nlicense from the Director.\n\nB. A scientific purposes license may be issued to anyone\n\nsixteen (16) years of age or older when the Director is presented\n\nwith:\n\n1. A written testimonial from one well-known scientist or from\n\nany well-known scientific institution, the testimonial certifying to\n\nthe good character and fitness of the individual; and\n\n2. A signed application listing\n\na. the species sought,\n\nb. the means to be used to take such species, and\n\nc. the reason for collection.\n\nC. The annual fee for the license shall be Ten Dollars\n\n($10.00).\n\nD. Each license shall list the species that the licensee is\n\npermitted to take, the means of taking and the period during which\n\nsuch may be taken.\n\nE. Each licensee shall report to the Director at the end of\n\neach year the number and species of wildlife taken or killed and any\n\nother relative collection data as the Department may require.\n\nF. Upon application, licenses may be renewed without complying\n\nwith the provisions of paragraph 1, subsection B of this section.\n\nHowever, no license may be renewed before the receipt of an annual\n\nreport.\n\nG.
