Except as otherwise provided in this title or in the\n\nOklahoma Farmed Cervidae Act, no person may breed or raise wildlife\n\nfor personal consumption or noncommercial purposes without having\n\nfirst procured a license from the Director.\n\nB. Licenses may be issued to any person that lawfully obtains\n\nwildlife, acts in good faith and adheres to the laws of the State of\n\nOklahoma.\n\nC.
