Individuals possessing a noncommercial wildlife breeders\n\nlicense are authorized to breed or raise noncommercial wildlife for\n\npersonal uses only. Personal uses shall include, but not be limited\n\nto:\n\n1. Breeding for a hobby;\n\n2. Educational or scientific purposes;\n\n3. Personal consumption;\n\n4. Release on private property, except any bear or cat that\n\nwill grow to reach the weight of fifty (50) pounds or more; and\n\n5. Care and rehabilitation of sick or injured wildlife.\n\nB. The fees for a license under this section and all renewals\n\nof the license shall be Ten Dollars ($10.00).\n\nC.
