The Wildlife Conservation Commission may establish an annual\n\nspecial use permit which would be required of all persons who hunt\n\nor fish or otherwise use private lands leased and administered by\n\nthe Department of Wildlife Conservation. The Department shall not\n\nrequire a special use permit for persons traveling through such\n\nprivate land in a motor vehicle, unless the person is also involved\n\nin hunting or fishing or other use of the private land for which a\n\nspecial permit is required. The Commission may establish a three-\n\nday special use permit which would allow residents to use the\n\nprivate land administered by the Department of Wildlife Conservation\n\nfor nonhunting- or nonfishing-related activities for up to three (3)\n\nconsecutive days.\n\nB. The Commission may establish and assess a fee for an annual\n\nresident and nonresident special use permit or a three-day resident\n\nspecial use permit to use the private land leased and administered\n\nby the Department. The fees from permits purchased pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of this section shall be expended by the Department\n\nexclusively for lease payments and for developing, managing,\n\npreserving, and protecting wildlife and wildlife habitat on the\n\nprivate land leased and administered by the Department.\n\nC.
