The Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission may establish\n\nspecial use permits to be designated the:\n\n1. \"Annual Wildlife Conservation Passport\"; and\n\n2. \"Three-Day Wildlife Conservation Passport\".\n\nA Passport shall be required of all persons not otherwise exempt\n\nas provided for in subsection C of this section, who enter or use\n\nland owned or managed by the Commission and that has been designated\n\nby the Commission as requiring a Passport.\n\nB. The Commission may establish and assess:\n\n1. A fee not more than Ten Dollars ($10.00) above the cost of\n\nan annual resident hunting license for residents and not more than\n\nThirty Dollars ($30.00) above such cost for nonresidents for the\n\nAnnual Wildlife Conservation Passport; and\n\n2. A fee of not more than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for\n\nresidents and not more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for nonresidents\n\nfor the Three-Day Wildlife Conservation Passport.\n\nEach person, not otherwise exempt as provided for in subsection\n\nC of this section, entering or using a designated area of land shall\n\nbe required to have a Passport in their possession while in the\n\narea.\n\nC. The following persons shall be exempt from the Passport\n\nrequirements of this section:\n\n1. All persons who possess a valid Oklahoma fishing, hunting or\n\ncombination license, a lifetime resident or nonresident fishing,\n\nhunting, or combination license, a senior citizen lifetime fishing\n\nor hunting license, or a disability fishing or hunting license;\n\n2. Persons under eighteen (18) years of age; and\n\n3. Students and instructors participating in bona fide\n\neducational tours or activities sponsored or organized by an\n\neducational institution or entity or any other organized event\n\nsanctioned in advance by the Department of Wildlife Conservation.\n\nSponsors of such activities shall provide notice of the date and\n\nnumber of persons participating in the activity to the Department of\n\nWildlife Conservation for approval not less than twenty (20) days\n\nprior to the date of the activity.\n\nD. 1. Any person arrested while violating the provisions of\n\nthis section may purchase a temporary thirty-day license from the\n\narresting game warden in lieu of posting bond. The fee for a\n\nsubstitute license purchased pursuant to the provisions of this\n\nsubsection shall be:\n\na. One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for legal residents of\n\nthis state, and\n\nb. One Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($175.00) for\n\nnonresidents.\n\n2.
