Stat. tit. 29, § 29-4-141","heading":"Oklahoma Wildlife Land Fund","body":"\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission to be designated\n\nthe “Oklahoma Wildlife Land Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nall monies received pursuant to the provisions of Sections 4-110, 4-\n\n112 and 4-113 of this title from fees for the Oklahoma Wildlife Land\n\nStamp and required to be deposited in the fund, subsection G of\n\nSection 4-114 of this title from fees for the Lifetime Oklahoma\n\nWildlife Land Stamp and required to be deposited in the fund and any\n\nother monies received from fees for the Oklahoma Wildlife Land Stamp\n\nand required to be deposited in the fund. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and shall be expended\n\nby the Commission as follows:\n\n1. An amount equal to Four Dollars ($4.00) per stamp to be used\n\nto retire the obligations and related expenses as authorized\n\npursuant to Section 168.9 of Title 73 of the Oklahoma Statutes or to\n\npurchase, lease, or purchase easements on real property to be used\n\nas public hunting, fishing, and trapping areas; and\n\n2. An amount equal to fifty cents ($0.50) per stamp to be used\n\nby the Commission for management of the real property acquired\n\npursuant to Section 168.9 of Title 73 of the Oklahoma Statutes or\n\nacquired with proceeds from the Oklahoma Wildlife Land Stamp fee.","path":["OK Code","Title 29"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os29.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"4345bec84415581fafdd2f65a6b73d2ce074fabc0c73038217545d0e291c75bd","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-29-29-4-140","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-29-29-4-143"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
