The Director of Wildlife Conservation or an agent of the\n\nDirector may provide a resident and nonresident a five-day paper\n\nhunting license for upland winged game, excluding wild turkeys, at a\n\nlicensed commercial hunt area.\n\nB. The five-day paper license issued pursuant to this section\n\nshall only be valid for hunting upland winged game, excluding wild\n\nturkeys, at a licensed commercial hunt area only.\n\nC. The fees for a five-day paper license issued pursuant to\n\nthis section shall be:\n\n1. For residents, Five Dollars ($5.00); and\n\n2. For nonresidents, Five Dollars ($5.00).\n\nD.
