Stat. tit. 29, § 29-5-101","heading":"Hunting, trapping, killing etc., of propagated wildlife","body":"or domesticated animals - Licenses - Permits - Invoices - Records -\n\nViolations - Penalties.\n\nA. Except as otherwise provided for in this title, commercial\n\nhunting areas are subject to neither seasons or bag limit. Holders\n\nof commercial hunting area licenses may permit properly licensed\n\npersons to hunt, use, give away, sell, transport, trap or kill,\n\nwithin the confines of the commercial hunting area, any propagated\n\nwildlife or domesticated animals hunted for sport.\n\nB. If said wildlife or domesticated animals or parts thereof\n\nare shipped or transported from the confines of the commercial\n\nhunting area, the commercial hunting area license holder or his\n\nlawfully appointed agent shall sign a written invoice which shall\n\naccompany such wildlife or domesticated animal to its final\n\ndestination. Such invoice shall list:\n\n1. The propagator's permit number;\n\n2. The kind and number of each species killed, sold, given\n\naway, transported or shipped;\n\n3. The name and address of the recipient; and\n\n4. The date received from licensee;\n\nand shall state that he has fully complied with the provisions of\n\nthis section.\n\nC. These invoices shall be evidence of rightful possession and\n\nownership of lawfully taken wildlife.\n\nD. A copy of such invoices must be permanently kept for at\n\nleast three (3) years from date of expiration of license by the\n\ncommercial propagator and must also include whether the wildlife was\n\nshipped alive or dead.\n\nE. Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this\n\nsection shall be punished by a fine of not less than One Hundred\n\nDollars ($100.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or\n\nby imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed sixty (60) days, or\n\nby both such fine and imprisonment.","path":["OK Code","Title 29"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os29.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"de02cd75c0e06b1848922ca591e55ebb79b27f361d0f9696aad78af8338cb091","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-29-29-4-301","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-29-29-5-102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
