No person may hunt, pursue game or discharge firearms within\n\nfour hundred and forty (440) yards of any church, schoolhouse, or\n\nother public place where people may assemble, so as to disturb such\n\nassemblage.\n\nB. No person may shoot from or across a public road or highway\n\nor right-of-way thereof, or railroad right-of-way.\n\nC. Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this\n\nsection shall be punished by a fine of not less than Five Hundred\n\nDollars ($500.00) nor more than One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars\n\n($1,500.00). Persons convicted of a second or subsequent offense\n\nunder this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than One\n\nThousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) nor more than Two Thousand\n\nFive Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00), or by imprisonment in the county\n\njail for thirty (30) days, or by both imprisonment and fine.\n\nD.
