Falconry is a legal method for hunting and taking resident\n\nOklahoma game, pursuant to the provisions of this section.\n\nB. Any exotic species of hawk, falcon, owl, eagle, or other\n\nraptor and any native species of hawk, falcon, owl, eagle, or other\n\nraptor as provided in Section 5-410 of this title, may be used for\n\nthe sport of falconry. Hawks, falcons, owls, eagles, and other\n\nraptors which are bred in captivity in accordance with federal\n\nregulations may be sold, possessed, traded or bartered, by persons\n\nlicensed as required under Section 4-107 of this title, and may be\n\npossessed, trained and used only by persons licensed under Section\n\n4-108 of this title.\n\nC. Hawks, falcons, owls, eagles, and other raptors may be\n\ntransported into and out of the state, only as provided by Sections\n\n7-602 and 7-801 of this title. However, persons possessing a valid\n\nOklahoma falconer's license or equivalent license from another state\n\nand who are in compliance with federal law may transport raptors\n\ninto and out of the state without notifying the Director of Wildlife\n\nConservation.\n\nD.
