Stat. tit. 29, § 29-5-212","heading":"Obstruction of shooting, hunting, fishing and trapping","body":"prohibited - Landowner's rights - Penalties - Exemptions.\n\nA. A person may not willfully obstruct or impede the\n\nparticipation of any individual in the lawful activity of shooting,\n\nhunting, fishing or trapping in this state. Provided, that nothing\n\nin this section shall prohibit a landowner or lessee from exercising\n\ntheir lawful rights of prohibiting hunting, fishing or trapping on\n\ntheir land, or any other legal right.\n\nB. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be\n\nguilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be\n\npunished by a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)\n\nnor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).\n\nC. Any person convicted of violating this section shall be\n\nliable to the person to whom they interfered with for all costs and\n\ndamages resulting therefrom. If said person holds an Oklahoma\n\nhunting, fishing or trapping license at the time of conviction, such\n\nlicense shall be revoked.\n\nD.
