Except as otherwise provided, no person may knowingly and\n\nwillfully, by means of any device, molest, injure or kill any\n\nspecies of hawk, falcon, owl or eagle, their nests, eggs or young.\n\nB. Birds exempt from this provision are:\n\n1. Any species of hawk or owl in the act of destroying domestic\n\nbirds or fowl;\n\n2.
