Stat. tit. 29, § 29-5-415","heading":"Release of unclaimed, processed, lawfully harvested","body":"venison.\n\nA person or business operating as a meat processor in this state\n\nmay release any unclaimed, processed, lawfully harvested venison to\n\nthe Department of Wildlife Conservation’s Hunters Against Hunger\n\nProgram after a period of ninety (90) days following notification by\n\ntelephone to the person who brought the wild game for processing\n\nthat the wild game has been processed and is available for\n\ncollection.
