All persons engaged in the business of buying raw pelts of\n\nfurbearers or predators, as defined in this Code, shall keep a daily\n\nregister showing the name and address of every person from whom such\n\npelts were purchased, the number of such person's trapping license,\n\nor his hunting license in lieu thereof, the number and kinds of\n\npelts purchased and the price paid.\n\nB. Such daily register shall be open to the Director, game\n\nwardens, or authorized agents.\n\nC. All such fur dealers shall report on the first day of each\n\nmonth during and one month after the close of the fur season of all\n\nfurs bought, and such report shall be forwarded to the Director.\n\nD.
