Any boat or vessel, boat trailer, motor, fishing device,\n\nvehicle, or equipment used or operated in violation of the\n\nprovisions of Section 2 of this act, Section 6-301a, subsection A of\n\nSection 6-302, paragraph 2 of subsection A of Section 6-303 or\n\nSection 4-129 of this title or as otherwise provided by the Oklahoma\n\nWildlife Conservation Code shall be subject to immediate seizure\n\npursuant to Section 7-206 of this title by any game warden, sheriff,\n\ndeputy sheriff, or other peace officer and held as evidence until a\n\nforfeiture has been declared or release ordered.\n\nB. Upon conviction for a violation of the provisions of Section\n\n2 of this act, Section 6-301a, subsection A of Section 6-302,\n\nparagraph 2 of subsection A of Section 6-303 or Section 4-129 of\n\nthis title, any such items, equipment or vehicles used or operated\n\nin such violation, shall be subject to forfeiture proceedings\n\npursuant to Section 7-206 of this title brought for such purpose by\n\nthe district attorney in the county where such items, equipment or\n\nvehicles are seized.
