Any of the waters of this state may be closed by the\n\nCommission to any sort of fishing by any person with or without a\n\nlicense, until such time as the Commission may by resolution declare\n\nsuch waters reopened.\n\nB. No person may fish in such closed waters until and except\n\nduring such time as the Commission shall reopen those waters for\n\nfishing.\n\nC.
