Any city council or board of town trustees in any city or\n\nincorporated town owning and operating a lake may establish a\n\nWildlife Conservation Commission of three or more members, to be\n\nappointed by the city mayor or the board's president.\n\nB. All such appointed commissioners shall serve for a period\n\ncoterminous with that mayor's or president's term of office and the\n\nappointment shall terminate at the end of such term of office.\n\nC.
