No person shall release, deposit, place or permit to be\n\nreleased, deposited or placed fish in any of the public streams,\n\npublic lakes or public ponds whose stocking is controlled by and so\n\ndesignated by the Wildlife Conservation Commission without the\n\nconsent of the Wildlife Conservation Director.\n\nB.
