It shall be unlawful for any person to:\n\n1. Import into;\n\n2. Transport in;\n\n3. Place or cause to be placed in the waters of; or\n\n4. Cultivate or cause to propagate in the waters of;\n\nthis state any noxious aquatic plant or seed or reproductive part\n\nthereof.\n\nB. Noxious aquatic plant shall be any aquatic plant which may\n\ncause injury to the environment of the state and declared to be\n\nnoxious by regulation of the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation\n\nCommission.\n\nC. Any person who knowingly or willfully violates any provision\n\nof this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction\n\nshall be punished by the imposition of a fine of not less than Ten\n\nDollars ($10.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or by\n\nimprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed thirty\n\n(30) days, or by both said fine and imprisonment.\n\nD. In addition to the criminal penalties provided herein, the\n\nCommission may enforce the provisions of this section by injunctive\n\naction.\n\nE.
