Stat. tit. 29, § 29-7-102","heading":"Pensacola Dam - Fishing limitations after closing dam","body":"Whenever the gates of the Pensacola Dam, commonly called the\n\nGrand River Dam, or any of its spillways shall be closed by proper\n\nauthority, fishing in the waters within a distance of one-half (1/2)\n\nmile below such dam or spillways shall be limited to sport fishing\n\nfor a period of twenty-four (24) hours after such closing, and shall\n\nthen be open for commercial fishing for a period of forty-eight (48)\n\nhours after the expiration of the twenty-four (24) hours from such\n\nclosing.
